Agape has created this informational page to assist you answering questions regarding not being able to login to your individual portal that Michelle or Damon may have shown or described to you for processing your application, choosing a plan, or making your payment.

The following information will also let you know the three ways to make your payment ahead of the deadline. The deadline has been extended to December 31st, 2021 to make your first payment. We understand the anxiety, frustration, and overall concerns you have with the process this year, and we are actively communicated that feedback to BeWellNM. Our sincere hope is that you understand that even though our office doors are closed through the 3rd of January to focus time back to our families through the holidays, we are still taking time each day to assist with the process of yours and many other applications and situations. The below information is intended to ensure that your policy is in effect January 1st, and takes into account that BeWellNM is going to have to initiate some fixes to their system in order for the process to become smoother, but we have no timetable for when they may occur.

If you have not made any attempt to login to BeWellNM's system, but Damon or Michelle worked with you to submit your application, and/or choose a plan, please follow the process described in this step-by-step process provided by BeWellNM:

 

 

If you have gained access to your account, but are unable to make your payment within the portal, it is because there is a problem with BeWellNM's website and link to the payment portal. The problem is known and being worked by BeWellNM IT staff. Until a fix is implemented, please utilize one of the two additional payment options:

Call 833-862-3935, Option 1 for English, Option #4 to make a payment

Hold times are extremely long right now, especially compared to the few minutes it will take you to make your payment when you get someone on the line. If you are unable to get in touch, and have found yourself unable to hold long enough, please send a check directly to BeWellNM. Mail your check, cashier’s check, or money order along with the bottom portion of your statement to:

If you have received your statement, or if you are able to see your information within BeWellNM's dashboard, but unable to make the payment, please write your subscriber/Reference ID number on your check/money order. Allow 3-5 business days for mailing and processing. Again, the deadline to have the payment in to BeWellNM has been extended until December 31st, 2021. If you have not received your statement or can't gain access to BeWellNM's portal, please call (505) 930-5638, and leave a message for either Damon or Michelle that you need your reference ID to send your payment. We will be checking our voicemails at least once a day and taking care of these types of requests through our closing.
